Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns on product sold through amac1960.com within 30 days of purchase — you just need to return the product in the same condition it was received and pay for shipping back to us. You can return your product for store credit, a different product,. or a refund to the original payment method. We do have a few exceptions to this policy:

  • Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can reach us at sales@amac1960.com or by calling 800-852-7158. Contact us prior to returning the product. We are unable to provide a refund or credit if there is no RMA associated with your order.
  • Let us know why you are returning the product. If the product was damaged when you received it, please take a photo and send it to us, along with the order number, to sales@amac1960.com. We’ll work with you on figuring out the best way to get you what you need.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs for items we’ve shipped correctly and were received in good condition. We will refund the cost of goods, but we do not refund the cost of shipping in either direction.
  • Discounted or customized/printed items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order.
  • We reserve the right to adjust your refund based on the condition of the product when it is returned. AMAC is not responsible for product that is damaged in transit. Please follow our guidelines for returning product to ensure you get a full refund for the product you ordered.
  • For wholesale customers, please contact us directly about our returns and exchange policies.

 Guidelines for Returning Product

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and secured in its original packaging.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at sales@amac1960.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

  • To protect your return from breakage in transit, we ask that you secure them in the original packaging. The best method for securing them is to use kitchen plastic wrap to hold them in place and make sure there is at least a 2” buffer between the product and the outer carton to reduce damage in shipping.

Damages and other Issues   

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
        

    Exchanges       

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    European Union 3 day cooling off period:

    Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a return authorization and the original AMAC1960 order number.    


    Refunds    

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days for the product ordered. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@amac1960.com.
